CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

• A 50% deposit is required for all new clients*. This deposit will be applied toward the final bill at the salon.

• In the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours' notice) or a no-show, the deposit will be non-refundable and retained as a cancellation fee.

* New clients - A patch test and colour consultation are required at least 48 hours before any colour appointment.
